Energy Eco-Night is a celebration of Acton’s efforts to make energy efficiency accessible to all residents— regardless of renter status, income, or housing type. Our goal is to share local and regional energy-efficiency and cost-saving resources with the public, while also giving residents the opportunity to ask questions and connect directly with representatives from the Sustainability Office, Mass Save, Energize Acton, and more! There will be free pizza, raffle prizes, speakers, and a free wildlife presentation for kids and families from 5-7PM. Please RSVP here so we can make sure there's enough pizza!  

Join us in celebrating the launch of the new Climate Resilient Pocket Park located right next to Town Hall! Come explore the space, participate in fun activities, enjoy free snacks, and see some live animals! The Pumpkin Smash is BACK! 💥🎃 Don’t toss your jack-o'-lanterns—SMASH them! Join us on Saturday, Nov 8 at the NARA lower parking lot for some smashing fun! Stop by the Senior Center for drop-in office hours with Sophia from the town of Acton Sustainability Office. AB STEAM partnered with the Town of Acton Conservation and Sustainability Office, with grant support from the Integral Charitable Foundation, to engage Acton-Boxborough middle and high school students in developing innovative solutions to local flooding challenges. The project focuses on flooding affecting Acton conservation lands, roads, and culverts. Here is your chance to see what AB students have come up with at the Hackathon presentations, which begin at 5:30 pm. Light refreshments will be served.
