When you want to contact the Acton Exchange, it can be confusing. Who do I contact for what? Here’s a quick guide to all the right email addresses:
| Which email should I use? | What’s the subject? |
| actonnaturewatch@gmail.com | If you have a great picture of flora or fauna from around Acton, send it to the Nature Watch column. Be sure to include the date and location, along with information about what’s in the photo. |
| bulletinboard@actonexchange.org | Are you looking for volunteers or have an event that doesn’t really fit into the calendar? Take a look at the Bulletin Board. If you think your item belongs here, send it along, |
| calendar@actonexchange.org | Got a one-time event? Or an event that will run just a few times (such as a play or concert)? Send your information to the calendar. Be sure to check the Calendar Policy to make sure that your event meets our requirements. |
| letters@actonexchange.org | Got something to say? Send a letter to the editor. Check the Letters policy to make sure that your letter meets the Acton Exchange criteria. |
| obits@actonexchange.org | Has a loved one (with an Acton connection) passed? The Acton Exchange does publish obituaries. If possible, include a high resolution picture. See the Obituary policy for more information. |
| info@actonexchange.org | Do you have a question or issue that doesn’t quite fit into any of the other categories? Or, do you have a story idea? Send a note (not the whole story) to the Exchange. The folks at Info will make sure your question, request, or suggestion gets into the right hands. |
