As described in Circle Furniture closes abruptly, customers, employees, and furniture makers all over the country were caught by surprise when the business closed.
If you ordered and paid for furniture from Circle Furniture, and it was not delivered to you, this could be considered a case of fraud. Here are some ways to seek reimbursement and get the furniture you want.

If you paid by credit card, you should have no trouble being reimbursed. Call the credit card company as soon as possible to report the problem. If you paid by debit card, the bank will need to investigate first. Bring copies of your order confirmation and proof of payment. But since the circumstances of this store’s closing are well known, you should be able to recover the full amount you paid.
What about the furniture you ordered? Circle Furniture offered products from a number of fine furniture makers, such as Woodforms in Foxborough, Mass. and Gat Creek in West Virginia. The name of the supplier should be in the quote you received. Find out if your order has been put on hold or finished but not delivered because of nonpayment by Circle Furniture. You may be able to order directly from the furniture manufacturer and pay a discounted price.
