OARS is the watershed organization for the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord Rivers (SuAsCo), a non-profit organization that does river science, advocacy, education, and public outreach towards a vision of “resilient streams and rivers that provide healthy wildlife habitat, water supplies, beauty, education, and recreational opportunities for all.” At the 2025 annual meeting, Dr. Kim Kastens, Chair of the Green Acton Water Committee  (and an Acton Exchange editor) will be the featured speaker, discussing Salt Pollution in the Waters of the SuAsCo Watershed.  Much of the data in Kim’s talk was collected in Nashoba Brook, Fort Pond Brook, and their tributaries,

Public Information Meeting: Road Improvements on Rt 2 at Piper/Taylor Rd.

Discovery Museum Free Friday Nights

Reservations are no longer required nor accepted.
