The Acton-Boxborough Community Compass (AB Resource Center) Mental Wellness Team presents Dayna Altman’s “Bake It Till You Make It” baking presentation and community potluck. Using ingredients as metaphors, Dayna chronicles her struggles with major depression, OCD and an eating disorder through a presentation of honesty, hope and inspiration.
