YV Art Museum

YV Art Museum, also known as Contemporary Arts International (CAI), is proud to present a solo exhibition of sculpture entitled "Shadow Work" by James D. Cen- namo in the Downstairs Gallery. The Exhibition will run from October 5, 2025 through January 25, 2026; an Opening Reception will be held on October 12, Sunday, at 2:00 PM. This exhibition features 83 pieces from SHADOW WORK, a miniature sculpture series that revisits unforgettable events and social commentaries-both good and bad, heroic and tragic, celebrated and infamous-that have shaped society from the 1960s to today. YV Art Museum, across the street from NARA Park, holds a stone carving symposium every summer at their giant stone pile. Come join the closing ceremony for the symposium and the opening of the exhibit by this summer's artists; David Adilman, Dankha Zomaya, and Yin Peet.  

This celebration will feature: A solo stone sculpture exhibition by David Adilman in the Gallery. "Giant Baby" – a sculpture and painting by Yin Peet in the main hall. A plaster painting installation by Chou Yu-Chen in the newly created Art Alley, located behind the ContainerMan Stage. A large projection screen in the main hall showcasing Bohan Chen’s ongoing film project—a collection of one-minute-a-day films created daily since July 2024. Additionally, the event will include an artists' talk to engage you in the discussions. Drinks and refreshments will be served. Admission: $15/ages 14-64, $10/under 14 & over 65
