You are cordially invited to join us in celebrating the public opening of the 549 Main Street property, known by many as the Conant land. This multi-year project represents a partnership of state and local government, the Conant family, and non-governmental organizations in preserving historical, natural, and water resources while opening new opportunities for public passive recreation. Please wear comfortable shoes. Mobility assistance will be available from the parking area.

A Special District Meeting has been called to ask voters to approve an operating budget for Fiscal Year 2027, which begins on July 1, 2026. Without an approved budget, the District cannot legally incur expenses to operate the system. The warrant is available here. The budget for consideration will be posted after the Board of Commissioners meeting on April 13, 2026.
