Attendees will learn about downsizing and rightsizing options, current market conditions, mortgage solutions for seniors, and how financial planning will play a critical role in long-term financial security. The session will emphasize education, thoughtful planning, and the importance of assembling the right professional team. The goal of the seminar will be to empower seniors with clarity and practical guidance so they can move forward confidently—whether staying put, downsizing, or beginning an entirely new chapter.
