As part of the Kelley’s Corner infrastructure project, MassDOT’s contractor, MGI Corporation, will begin major road reconstruction work on Community Lane, which connects Mass Ave to Main Street and provides access to many local businesses, on Tuesday, May 13. The road work will involve pulling up the asphalt and excavating the road. The work is expected to take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
During this time, Community Lane will be closed to all traffic.
There will be minimal impact on business parking on Community Lane. Parking for the Santander Bank branch will be adjusted, and police details will provide residents with alternate routes.
