Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. The program model involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book and meeting in a Discussion Group to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today. This months topic will be on the CIA and led by Willard Hunter. A short article is available from the Great Decisions briefing book. Please read it ahead of the meeting. A group of local Chinese musicians and dancers will join us to celebrate the 2026 Lunar New Year--the year of the horse! Revolution Community Yoga is hosting Yoga for Brain Health & Alzheimer’s Awareness, a fundraiser to support the Alzheimer's Association on Saturday, March 7, 1:30 to 3 p.m. The event starts with a short educational talk from Rick Hobson of the Alzheimer’s Association, followed by a gentle, accessible yoga program focused on movement, breath work and meditation for brain health by Janet Spiegel, RCY yoga teacher. Proceeds from EmerSong will benefit behavioral and mental health patients at Emerson, including relaxation tools for adolescents seen in the Emergency Department, music and gardening therapy groups for patients, and staff education and training.
