    In this four-week program, delivered via Zoom, we will explore both sitting meditation and mindful movement practices. The movement patterns are gentle and can be easily adapted for those with limited mobility. How are sitting and movement practices different, and how are they the same? How can they help us develop mindfulness skills, be present, and reduce stress? Each week, we will practice together and have ample time to discuss our experience.
