Join Hannah Greene of Lupine Embodyworks at an Awareness in Nature event at NARA Park in Acton. We will have a group mindful movement class followed by a nature walk. Please register in advance with the Acton Recreation Department so you can sign the waiver and arrange payment. For adults 18 and up.
